A "form" is set sequence of asana. This one is curated by me, practiced using the wall, and full of creative Vinyasa and mobility.
In the first two weeks we'll learn the forms then memorize, practice, and refine in the next four. Participants will receive a video of the forms to practice at home as well as access to the playlist.
Note: forms is not a teacher training and is for personal benefit, not to be retaught in the same sequence.
